Installing Print Driver
- Connect to Print Server \\wi-print01
- Double click on “Main Office Toshiba”
- The install will proceed to install.
- Once installed the print spool will pop up on the screen.
Setting your default printer
- Click on the Search Icon next to the start button.
- Type in Printer & Scanner
- Choose Printer & Scanner in the menu.
- Click on Printer & Scanners on the left menu bar.
- Scroll down and uncheck “Let Windows manager my default printer.”
- Click on Main Office Toshiba on wi-print01 under Printers and Scanners.
- Click on the “Manage” Button.
- Click on the “Set as default” button under Manager your devices.
- Next to Printer Status: (Default) should be listed.
Uninstall Old Print Driver
- Click on the Search Icon next to the start button.
- Type in Printer & Scanner
- Choose Printer & Scanner in the menu.
- Click on Printer & Scanners on the left menu bar.
- Click the printer in the list you are looking to remove.
- You should see three buttons click on “Remove Device.”
- The printer drive should now be removed from the list.
