Next to the Start Button type \\WI-Print0814 in the search box and hit Enter.
- Click on the Application File.
- Click on Office.Routing.Plus File.
- Click on the “installation Colde.txt” File to see what the install code is (10642) You will need this later in the install.
- In the Office.Routing.Plus File click on the _ORP Install New Version – 7_8_19
- If on Office 2016 use the x86 Office Folder and if on Office 0365 use the x64 Office Folder (Click on the correct Folder)
- Click on the 64ORPOutlookVS2019_2019_07_01.zip if under the x64 Office Folder, If under the x86 Office folder click on the ORPOutlookVS2019_2019_07_01.zip file.
- Click on Setup.exe.
- You will see a screen like the one below.
10.) Click on Next button
11.) In the following screen enter in the Install Code (10642) that was found in the “installation Colde.txt” file in step# 3 into the
Serial Number: Box as shown below.
12.) Click on the Next Button.
13.) Select the radio button next to “I Accept the terms in the License Agreement” and click on the Next button.
14.) Click on Next
15.) Click on Install
16.) The install will start to run. If prompted for an admin login enter in your admin user id and password and click on Yes.
17.) Click on Finish
18.) Open outlook and in the menu (Ribbon) bar you should see Add-ins Click on Add-Ins and ORP Outlook should be listed.
If still not there Close out of Outlook and Reopen.
